Dr. Nasser S. Bin Kadasah

Chairman
Dr. Nasser S. Bin Kadasah has more than 14 years experience in international business and foreign direct investment (FDI). He has managed and consulted on numerous foreign and local investment projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and other GCC countries. Dr. Nasser established his consultancy, investment services and business development centre in 2006. Dr. Nasser consultancy centre has prepared several feasibility and marketing studies and has developed a variety of business projects in KSA and neighboring countries. Dr. Nasser is a certified management, financial, industrial and economic consultant in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Nasser is a Member of the Saudi-Australian Business Council, the Saudi-British Business Council, the Saudi-French Business Council, the Saudi-Irish Business Council and the Saudi-Italian Business Council. Dr. Nasser has professional membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), the Saudi Economic Association (SEA) and the Saudi Management Association (SMA). Dr. Nasser has in-depth knowledge of how to establish and develop business in Saudi Arabia. He also has an extensive network, which make it easy for him to introduce and explore any type of business or project. Dr. Nasser also obtained a wealth of industrial, financial, economic and management experience as a Senior Project Manager during his tenure at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Riyadh (1994-2002). During his professional tenure as a credit analyst with SIDF, he attended The Credit and Management Training Program at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York. Dr. Nasser has also attended training courses at well-known universities and institutions such as Harvard University, JP Morgan Chase Bank, the University of Birmingham, Euro Money, SIDF and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. During his work at SIDF, Dr. Nasser supervised and managed a variety of projects financed by SIDF. Dr. Nasser obtained his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He earned his MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA, along with an MBA and a PhD in International Business and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) from the University of Birmingham, UK. During his PhD research period, Dr. Nasser taught two graduate courses at the Birmingham Business School: Doing Business in Emerging Economies and Cross-cultural Management, focusing on KSA and GCC states.

Afnan Alolayan

Information System Analyst
Afnan obtained her bachelor degree in information system from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. She has two certificates from cisco networking (cybersecurity and IoT) her experience includes web development scripting and even server side, she analyzes, maintains and store data.

Eng. Mahal Alrehaili

Project Manager
Mahal Alrehaili obtained his Bachelor degree from the Technological University Dublin in Ireland. He joined our team as a project manager in January 2020. He is responsibilities come as follows: • Planning and managing projects to guarantee they accomplished in a timely manner. • Develop a comprehensive project schedule and work plan. • Deliver project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, progress and improvements. • Manage contracts with suppliers by assigning tasks and clarifying expected deliverable. • Overseeing progress and make alterations as required.

ENG. Ahmed S. Musalli

Project Manager
Ahmed S. Musalli holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Point Park University in Pittsburgh PA, USA. He joined NSK team in mid-2020 as a Project Manager, and his responsibilities are handling and managing projects, developing and implementing project work schedules to meet deadlines, continuous project plan improvements and consistent progress to achieve high standards.

K. T. FAISAL

IT Administrator
Has over six years of diversified service and experience in Information Technology in positions such as IT Administrator, SharePoint Administrator, Web Developer and Systems Analyst. He graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calicut, Kerala, India. In addition, he is Microsoft-certified in MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional).

VINODH KUMAR

Executive Secretary
He manages the daily operations of the office by providing administrative and business support. He skillfully coordinates appointments and meetings with our Chairman, consultants and advisors for our clients. He holds a Diploma of Engineering in Computer Science and has significant experience in the field of information technology. He services, maintains and monitors our computer network, IT systems, databases and research projects. His other areas of assistance include the management of client files, financial services, documentation and the overall coordination of projects.
